WE GOT THE BEET! Juicing beets are great for cardio support, to increase red blood cell production, endurance and reducing high blood pressure.

TIP: Take 1 TBS of coconut oil before drinking your beet juice to help slow/reduce blood glucose absorption. Coconut oil is a medium-chain triglyceride so it’s fatty acids are used for energy, not stored.
